Friendly Front Desk Associate upon arrival.

The hotel staff is amazing and extremely accommodating. The hotel is very convenient located right off of I-95. I've stayed a few times never a bad experience.

Everything was perfect

close to friends. Staff was quick to respond to what they could help with (reset/reprogramming safe, etc). Roll-in shower was as advertised. Decent coffee in office. Bed good, bed linens good.

I arrived and notice they gave my reservations to someone who checked in earlier then me then I was put in a non smoking room when I had requested a smoking room

That the staff is understandable and help out. The rooms were okay.

there was a family fighting loud all night. we were there for a quick overnight and hopping on a cruise the next morning. we called front desk - they came down twice before sheriffs showed to escort the problem off the property. after that he was escorted off property we went right to sleep.

Maybe it's because I was tired but I was impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the room as soon as I walked in. Other similar hotels in the area
